Simon joined the Dezignatek team in 2010 coming from a strong background in customer service and sales. Over the last nine years Simon has gained immense experience in the joinery industry and holds a high level of product knowledge. Simon is warm, friendly and approachable and prides himself in ensuring his clients needs are being met. Simon has built long standing relationships in the industry and with a new territory assigned; he’s looking forward to making many more.
Ian is a very experienced joinery account manager having spent more than 20 years in the kitchen hardware and decorative board industry. His early career in the airline industry taught him the importance of paying attention to the details which makes him totally focused on helping customers achieve the very best experience from their dealings with Dezignatek. Ian has built long-standing relationships within the kitchen channel and he fully understands the challenge that joiners face as business owners, having spent 10 years owning and managing a hardware business.
Kerei has more than 20 years’ experience in sales across a variety of industries including aluminium joinery. His success has been built on trust, honesty and his straight up approach. Kerei goes out of his way to make sure his customers expectations are met. He’s a loyal Hurricanes supporter and an avid V8 supercar follower – go Holden!
Tracey has more than 30 years sales experience and an excellent understanding of the needs of the joinery industry, having previously worked for Bestwood - the last four years were spent at PSP looking after all their business units (including joinery). She is a people person with a warm and friendly manner and always wants what’s best for the customer. Born and bred in the North Island, she has now spent 22 years in Christchurch and is a firm Crusaders supporter. She enjoys time spent with family and friends and a glass of Central Otago Pinot.
